Cindy Montgomery is a national renowned American Designer, custom furniture maker, couture designer as well as the founder and creative force behind Montgomery Lane (A Luxury and Lifestyle Design Group). She has over 25 years experience specializing in curating luxury residential and commercial environments, designing custom architectural projects as well as crafting American-made bespoke furniture and couture lines. Her attention to detail and approach to design is intricate, refined, and multi-faceted.

Christian Cardona - is a young designer from New York with a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Technology and Design. His main focus throughout his degree was Parametric and Computational Design through Performative Fabrication. He has worked extensively in residential design projects, architectural photo shoots, and complex facade projects throughout New York City. His experience also includes working at one of the top real estate firms in Manhattan as the Assistant to the Controller of property management. Christian provides Computer generated diagrams, plans, models, photorealistic renders, and other graphic design elements through industry standard software such as Revit, Autocad, Rhinoceros3D, and Adobe Suite Software. In his spare time, Christian experiments with proprietary design concepts that range from small suburban homes, bars, and even large development planning. He is also multilingual knowing English, Spanish, French and continues to explore and learn more languages.

JoAnne is a talented and gifted addition to our creative side of business. JoAnne is an accomplished and award winning Artist.  She studied Fine Art at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.  Her accolades have included being featured in New York Times, Who's Who in America, the best in Sporting Art, Polo Player Magazine and Congressional Recognition of her work in the Arts.  JoAnne has worked with personalities such as Richard Gere and Martha Stewart and Bobby Kennedy, Junior to name few.  Much of JoAnne's art has been hung in many of our model homes that are available for sale. 

When JoAnne is not working with us she is enjoying renovating her cottage in Upstate New York and writing a book called Evolution of a Wild Heart.
